Menu Plan Monday #3

Well, last week went by so quickly!  The HUGE crockpot full of Chicken and Dumplings fed us for three days.  Either I need to learn how to cook smaller portions or plan less meals!  In any case, we gorged ourselves on yummy food every night.

Yesterday, we went over to Pam’s house for a Superbowl Party, which turned into more of a fun get-together while the game played in the background (“oh, hey, remember to turn on the game!!”) and we ate food, laughed, talked, and had a really good time.  I don’t remember any of the commercials or any highlights of the game aside from the power outage.  I’d rather have the memories of eating the hot hot buffalo cauliflower or watching my daughter become a chicken wing lover.  Or watching the two girls sitting together drawing and then later having a dance party to some classic 90’s music.

On deck for this week:

  1. Cheesesteaks from Leo’s with visiting relatives
  2. Baked Potato Night
  3. Stuffed Peppers (two nights worth… they’re That good.)
  4. Pasta Veggie Toss
  5. White Chicken Chili with Cornbread Waffles
  6. Tofu Stirfry
